Food Obsessed In  Fiji

Mangroves

Apart from being astonishing organisms in terms of the adaptations that they have managed to evolve in order to adapt to life in the harsh intertidal environment, mangroves don’t fail to amaze when one considers the role that they play in nature. A lot of fish start out their life in the mangrove forests.

Fijian  Feast

The past week on the island of Beqa has been slow in terms of diving, because of the weather. Being in Fiji during the summer means you’re right in the middle of cyclone season which starts in November and continues through to April. Fortunately we haven’t had a cyclone!
