Bauisevu  Waterfall

Fiji is full of hidden treasures and after a tip of from a local we went to go and find one – Bauisevu waterfall. Located on the road along the Coral Coast (the same road you get the bus from Nadi to Suva along) about half way between the two cities is a sign advertising the falls.

Mount Korobaba

This weekend we decided to climb the nearest mountain to Suva, Mount Korobaba (Ko-rom-bam-ba). It’s located just outside in a town called Lami – you pass through it on the road down from Coral Coast from the airport.

Food Glorious Food! 

I didn’t know what to expect of Fijian cuisine. I’d heard that there would be lots of excellent curries due to the large Indio-Fijian population; and there are, and they are excellent. But I didn’t know what the native Fijian population food would be like. Now that I’m here I thought I’d give a bit of a rundown of the best food to try!
